Returns and Refunds
If any products that we send to you are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantities than please contact us within 7 days. We will either replace the damaged/defective items or make good any shortfall or credit the price of the items to you.
If products have been incorrectly ordered by you please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return of the items but please note that there will be a 10% restocking fee and we would be unable to refund the cost of carriage. If you wish to exchange then carriage will be charged for the replacements. Please do not return any products without prior arrangement, once agreed please return within 7 days, we suggest that you obtain proof of postage when doing so.
Cancelation of Orders
If for any reason we have not accepted your order we will contact you. Please provide contact details. If you cancel after dispatch/delivery we cannot refund carriage we would therefore ask that you contact us immediately should you wish to cancel your order.
Accuracy.
We make all reasonable efforts to keep our website up to date but cannot offer any guarantee that the content is accurate, complete or up to date. There may be errors, emissions or not be up to date and therefore reserve the right to change, update or delete content at any time without notice. Whilst all reasonable care has been taken with the display of the products we cannot guarantee that your monitors display will accurately reflect this. Prepacked items may vary slightly from the image in some instances as these items are packed by the manufacturers
